摘    要:本文收集46例肝功能属B级的门脉高压症病人,对围手术期营养支持与术后感染的关系加以分析。结果表明,使用糖、脂肪、氨基酸为营养物质的病人,术后感染发生率和严重程度均少于或轻于单纯以葡萄糖为营养物质的病人。

Abstract:Forty- six cases of portal hypertension with hepatic function at B degree were in- vestigated.We analyzed nutrition treatment to preoperation and its relation with infec- tion after operation of these cases.The re- sults showed that patients who were given carbohydrate,fat and amino acid after oper- ation had less probability about infection than those only given carbohydrate.
