中西医结合治疗未破裂输卵管妊娠42例临床分析

目的：探讨中西医结合治疗未破裂输卵管妊娠患者的效果。方法：72例未破裂输卵管妊娠患者分为对照组和观察组，对照组采用氨甲蝶呤和米非司酮（Ru486）2种药物联合治疗，观察组采用2种药物联用结合中药活血化瘀、杀胚治疗，比较两组治疗效果。结果：观察组治愈率（95％，40／42）明显高于对照组（70％，21／30）（P〈0．05），治疗后血绒毛膜促性腺激素（HCG）下降≥15％者（95％，40／42）明显多于对照组（70％，21／30）（P〈0．05），包块缩小≥30％者（86％，36／42）明显多于对照组（66％，20／30）（P〈0．05），血HCG转阴时间（12．2±7．2）d]明显短于对照组（18．5±10．2）dJ（P〈0．05），平均住院日（8．5±3．4）d]明显短于对照组（11．2±5．2）d]（P〈0．05）。结论：中西医结合治疗未破裂输卵管妊娠疗效较好，患者易于接受，适于临床使用。

Clinical analysis of TCM and WM combination therapy on 42 cases of unruptured tubal pregnancy

Objective:To understand the effects of traditional chinese medicine(TCM) and western medicine(WM) combination therapy on unruptured tubal pregnancy. Methods:72 patients with unruptured tubal pregnancy were divided into observing group and control. Aethopterin combined mifepristone were used for control; in addition to aethopterin combined mifepristone,promoting blood circulation therapy and killing embryo were introduced to observing group. The therapeutic effects were compared. Results:The cure rate was significantly higher in observing group(95%,40/42)than that in control(70%,21/30)(P<0.05). The percentage of HCG,the mass size and the average hospitalize day decreased significantly (P<0.05). Conclusion:TCM and WM combination therapy has prefer effects for patients with unruptured tubal pregnancy. It is acceptable to patients and clinicians.
