| Abstract: | The most important thing is safety for private international clinic. Under nurses＇ participations and inductions, the measures regarding human resource management, quality assurance, and infection and environment control were effectively conducted. The errors and accidents were prevented. Conclusion： The effective nursing management is helpful for safety of the international clinic. |
