| 摘 要： | 近10年来，内窥镜下睫状体光凝术逐渐应用于临床治疗多种类型的青光眼。与传统的睫状体破坏性手术相比，内窥镜下睫状体光凝术具有可控性好、疗效高、并发症少的特点，有更广泛的适应证。就近年来的技术设备及临床应用研究进展做一综述。

| Abstract: | Endoscopic cyclophotocoagulation has been used to treat man y kinds of glaucoma since ten years ago.Compared with traditional cyclodestructi ve surgery,endoscopic cyclophotocoagulation is more controllable and effective with fewer complications and wider applicability.This technology and its applic ation in the treatment of glaucoma in recent years are reviewed. |
