| 摘 要： | 目的 评价应用急诊CPB抢救危重患者的效果，并探讨急诊CPB的适应证和方法。方法 应用CPB抢救危重患者共10例，其中心脏病患者7例，非心脏病患者3例。结果 10例患者顺利脱机，3例术后死亡，7例术后随访1～2年，生存良好。结论 严格选择适应证，尽快建立CPB，能够在急诊抢救中发挥较好疗效。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To evaluate the effect of cardiopulmonary bypass in emergencies and to discuss its indications and methods. METHODS From March 2000 to October 2002, total of 10 imminent patients emergency cardiopulmonary bypass was performed in 10 cases, including 7 cases of heart disease, 3 cases of non cardiac diseases .RESULTS All were weared successfully. 3 cases died after operation because of complication, 7 cases of survival followed up 1-2 years and live well.CONCLUSION Cautious selection and tiniely installments, Emergency Cardiopulmonary Bypass is effective in rescuing critical patients. |
