| 摘 要： | 目的：研究中药复方双草退黄冲剂体外抗ＨＢＶ活性。方法：采用ＨＢＶ的体外细胞培养系统（２．２．１５细胞）进行双草退黄冲剂抗ＨＢＶ作用的筛选试验，药物作用后的细胞培养上清中ＨＢｓＡｇ检测采用法，ＭＴＴ法测定细胞存活率，并计算ＩＣ５０、ＴＣ５０和ＴＩ。结果：双草退黄冲剂在对２．２．１５细胞无明显毒性的浓度下，当药物浓度为２０ｍｇ／ｍｌ、１０ｍｇ／ｍｌ、５ｍｇ／ｍｌ和２．５ｍｇ／ｍｌ时，对ＨＢｓＡｇ分泌的

| Abstract: | Aim: To study anti-HBV activity of herbal Cpd Shuangcao granule (SCG-1) in vitro. Methods: The HBV in vitro cell culture system (2215 cell line )was used for examining the anti-HBV activity of SCG-1. HBsAg,HBeAg were detected by ELISA. Cellular survival rate was examined by MTT. TC50, IC50and TI were counted at the same time. Results : With the concentration of 20mg/ml, 10mg/ml,5mg/ml and 2.5mg/ml, the rates of SCG-1 inhibiting HBsAg secretion were 62. 43%, 53. 26%, 51. 85% and 36. 82% respectively. IC50 of SCG-1 inhibiting HBsAg was 4. 63mg/ml. The therapeutic index (TI) of SCG-1 was 8. 25. Conclussion: SCG-1 might have some anti-HBV activities in vitro. |
