| 摘 要： | 本文报告痛得安胶囊镇痛、抗炎作用,结果表明:能显著抑制小鼠醋酸性扭体反应,提高热刺激及电刺激的痛阈,具有显著的镇痛作用。对小鼠二甲苯性耳壳肿胀和大鼠角叉菜胶性足跖肿胀,均呈显著抑制作用。

| Abstract: | Study showed that Tongdean Capsule markedly inhibits the twist reactions caused by acetic acid and increases threshold of pain of the thermal and electrical stimulations on the mice. The along also markedly inhibits swelling of the ear auricle of the mouse caused by xylene, and swollen toes of the rat caused by Mucllago. Thus Shentongning Capsule has marked analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects without obvious toxic and side-effects. |
