| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨冠脉旁路移植术（CABG）后心电图出现异常Q波的临床意义,并评价其是否可作为CABG术后发生心肌梗死的诊断指标。方法：回顾性分析CABG术后心电图出现异常Q波15例患者手术前后超声心动图射血分数值、室壁运动情况,术后心肌酶、血流动力学情况和相关并发症等情况,并选CABG术后心电图无异常Q波的15例患者为对照组,对两组资料进行统计学分析。结果：两组以上观察指标的数值中无显著性差别（P均〉0.05）。结论：冠脉旁路移植术后心电图出现异常Q波并非围术期心肌梗死和心肌缺血的特异性诊断指标,也不能做为术后早期测预后的指标。
