小剂量舒芬太尼复合罗哌卡因腰麻在经尿道前列腺电切术中的临床观察

目的观察小剂量舒芬太尼复合罗哌卡因腰麻在经尿道前列腺电切术（TURP）应用中的麻醉效果和不良反应。方法选择行TURP患者60例随机分为A、B、C组，每组20例，实施腰麻。3组的腰麻用药分别为：A组0．75％罗哌卡因1．3ml，B组0．75％罗哌卡因1．3ml＋舒芬太尼5μg，C组0．75％罗哌卡因2ml。观察并记录麻醉效果评价和不良反应。结果A组患者镇痛不全发生率高，B、C组患者镇痛完善，但C组副作用发生率显著高于B组。结论小剂量舒芬太尼复合罗哌卡因腰麻应用于经尿道前列腺电切术为病人提供满意的麻醉效果，且不良反应发生率低。

The Clinical Observation of Low-dose Sufentanil Combined with Ropivacaine Spinal Anaesthesia in TURP

Objective To observe the anesthetic effects and adverse reactions of low-dose sufentanil combined with ropivacaine spinal anesthesia in TURP （transurethral resection of prostate）. Methods 60 patients who were performed for spinal anesthesia in TURP were randomly divided into three groups： group A （n = 20） received 0.75% ropivacaine 1.3 ml, group B （n = 20） received 0.75% ropivacaine 1.3 ml ＋ sufentanil 5 g and group C （n = 20） received 0.75% ropivacaine 2 ml. The anesthesia effects and adverse reactions were observed and recorded. Results Group A had a high incidence of incomplete analgesia, in B, C group patients improved analgesia, but the adverse reactions were significantly lower in group B. Conclusion Low-dose sufentanil combined with ropivacaine is suitable to use for spinal anesthesia in TURP with less adverse reactions.
