摘    要:本文介绍了15例结、直肠手术前用青岛产“复方营养要素”作肠道准备的方法(下称Ⅰ组),并与15例相同病种用普通肠道药物准备(下称Ⅱ组)作对比。从细菌培养及计数方面说明两种肠道准备方法均可使肠道细菌明显减少,但在预防会阴部伤口感染中Ⅰ组优于Ⅱ组(P<0.05)。Ⅰ组病人术后输液、输抗生素日数及术后至出院的日数较Ⅱ组明显缩短。

THE ELEMENTAL DIET FOR THE INTESTINAL TRACT PREPARATION IN THE COLORECTAL OPERATION
Abstract:The elemental diet (ED) for the intestinal tract preparation in 15 cases of colorectal operation was reported. The control group was 15 cases of the same disease. The intestinal tract preparation in the control group was made with drugs. There was no difference in the germ count of the stool culture between the ED group and the control group. For the prevention of the perineal wound infection, the ED group was better than the control(P<0.05). The duration of using transfusion and antibiotics and the date of hospital stay in the postoperative period in the ED group was also shorter than that of the control group.
