丹参水煎液纯化工艺的比较研究

摘    要:目的对丹参水煎液的三种纯化工艺进行比较研究,优选最佳工艺。方法分别用超滤法、纳滤法、澄清剂法对丹参水煎液进行纯化,以提取液中有效成分转移率和干膏(固体物)得率两个考察指标作为评价标准。结果相比于纳滤法、澄清剂法两种纯化工艺,超滤法可明显提高目标物质转移率,同时有效降低出膏率。结论超滤法是丹参水煎液理想的纯化工艺。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate different purifying processes for water-decocted liquid of salvia miltiorrhiza bge, and determine the optimal process.Methods Treating water-decocted liquid respectively with ultrafilter, nanofilter and clarifier, transferring rate of effectual component of extracts and rate of dry paste were valued as standards.Resuits Compared with nanofilter and clarifier, ultrafilter can improve transferring rate of effectual component and decrease rate of dry paste significantly, Conclusion To be treated with ultrafilter is the optimal purifying process for water-decocted liquid of salvia miltiorrhiza bge.
