自体角膜缘干细胞移植联合丝裂霉素C治疗复发性翼状胬肉

目的:探讨自体角膜缘干细胞移植术联合丝裂霉素C治疗复发性翼状胬肉的临床效果和手术方法。方法:对接受治疗的173例(173眼)复发性翼状胬肉者随机分为A、B两组,自体角膜缘干细胞移植联合丝裂霉素C治疗者为A组89例(89眼),羊膜移植术为B组84例(84眼)。术后随访观察6月~2年。结果:治愈率:A组92.13%。B组65.48%。有效率:A组95.50%。B组73.81%。复发率:A组4.49%。B组14.29%。治愈率、有效率A组明显高于B组。(χ2=5.2,P<0.05);复发率A组明显低于B组(χ2=4.96,P<0.05)。结论:自体角膜缘干细胞移植术联合丝裂霉素C治疗复发性翼状胬肉能显著降低复发率,是一种方便、安全、有效的方法。

Transplantation of auto - corneal limbus stem cell combined with MMC treating recurrent pterygium

Objective To explore the clinical effect and operation method of auto-corneal limbus stem cell transplantation combined with MMC in the treatment of recurrent pterygium.Method 173 cases of recurrent pterygium(173 eyes) underwent surgery were randomly divided into group A and group B.Group A(89 cases,89 eyes)were given auto-corneal limbus stem cell transplantation combined with MMC,and group B(84 cases,84 eyes)received amniotic membrane transplantation.The patients were followed up for 6～24 months.Results The cure rate in group A was 92.13%,and group B was 65.48%.The effective rate in group A was 95.50%, and group B was 73.81%.Group A and group B had significant difference(χ2=5.2,P<0.05).The recurrence rate in group A(4.49%) was much lower than group B(14.29%),and showed significant difference(χ2=4.96,P<0.05).Conclusion Auto-corneal limbus stem cell transplantation combined with MMC can significantly decrease the recurrence rate of recurrent pterygium,and it is a convenient,safe and effective method.
