游离鼻底黏膜修补鼻中隔穿孔的疗效观察

目的 研究应用游离鼻底黏膜修补鼻中隔穿孔的效果。方法 用鼻中隔黏膜下矫正术的方法分离鼻中隔穿孔周围的黏软骨膜及骨膜，切取鼻底黏膜，将鼻底黏膜缝合固定于鼻中隔黏软骨膜及骨膜袋内，完全覆盖鼻中隔穿孔。结果 11例患者鼻中隔穿孔均修补成功，黏膜色泽正常，鼻中隔矫正理想，鼻部症状完全消失。随访6个月～1年，鼻中隔未见穿孔。结论 用鼻底黏膜修补鼻中隔穿孔，取材方便，容易存活，可用于下鼻甲黏膜不能被采用时的替代材料。

To repair perforation of nasal septum with free mucosa of nasal bottom

Objective To explore a new treatment to repair perforation of nasal septum with free mucosa of nasal bottom. Method The mucosa around perforation of nasal septum was separated by means of submucos correction of nasal septum, and some mucosa of nasal bottom was cut down,then the free mucosa of nasal bottom and the mucosa bag of nasal septum were sutured and the perforation could be covered completely. Result The perforation of nasal septum in 11 patients were closed satisfactorily. The symptoms of nasal cavity disappeared completely. Perforation of nasal septum did not recur and the follow - up time ranged from 6 months to a year. Conclusion The mucosa of nasal bottom is easy to be got and survire, it can be used to repair perforation of nasal septum instead of mucosa of inferior turbinate.
