| 摘 要： | 目的:了解医院口服抗高血压药的应用情况及趋势。方法:对我院2007—2009年口服抗高血压药的销售金额、用药频度、限定日费用等进行统计分析。结果:我院口服抗高血压药销售金额逐年增加,占药品总销售金额的比例逐年递增,分别占0.97%、1.20%、1.39%。新型昂贵口服抗高血压药使用增多,2008年、2009年分别比上一年度增长27.82%、41.68%。结论:新型抗高血压药已成市场主流,应加快研发疗效确切、经济安全的药物,以降低医疗费用,节约医疗资源。
