经右腋下剖胸切口施行心脏直视手术

为了避免胸部正中切口的巨大创伤，并能在直视下施行心脏手术，我们采用了右腋下剖胸切口，为５０例患儿施行先天性心脏间隔缺损修复术。４７例（９４％）有满意或较满意的术野显露范围，３例（６％）术野显露欠佳，但能完成手术。认为此切口手术创伤小，术后疼痛轻，病人恢复快，值得临床推广应用。

The right subaxillary thoracotomy for open heart surgery

To limit the surgical trauma of median stemotomy, we take a method of thoracotomy via the right subaxillary incision for open heart surgery. 50 cases of congenital heart defects were repaired with this access. 47 (94 % ) cases offer good exposure for most cardiac procedures, and 3 (6% )cases is poor exposure. Conclusions: The advantage of this access is bealltiful and less surgical traunutic, less postoperative painful. and should be a good choice for repair of congenital heart defects.
