| 摘 要： | 目的 研究稳心颗粒对大鼠心肌缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用。方法 采用心肌缺血再灌注方法建立大鼠心律失常模型，记录再灌注开始后3min内室性心动过速（VT）和心室颤动（VF），并测定血清心肌酶的含量。结果 稳心颗粒有明显降低VT、VF的发生率和缩短VT、VF的持续时间；与模型组相比，稳心颗粒高、中、低剂量组和阳性药物组均能显著降低血清心肌酶含量（P〈0．05或P〈0，001）。结论 稳心颗粒对大鼠心律失常模型的心肌缺血损伤有保护作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze the protective effect of Wenxinkeli on myocardial injury. Methods The arrhythmia models of mouse were induced by myocardial ischemia-reperfusion. The ventricular tachycardia and fibrillation in three minutes were recorded and the contents of serum myocardial enzyme were measured. Results Wenxinkeli played an important role in decreasing the incidence of VT and VF and shortening the duration of VT and VF. The level of myocardial enzyme was lowered significantly. Conclusion Wenxinkeli had protective effect on the ischemic injures resulted by inhibition of the myocardium enzyme activity. |
