摘    要:目的建立检测中药中非法添加的尼群地平的快速、准确、灵敏的分析方法。方法采用液相色谱-串联四级杆质谱联用法。利用相对分子质量、二级质谱碎片信息、液相色谱保留时间和紫外光谱4方面信息,对中药降压制剂的提取液进行分析。通过与对照品的光谱、色谱及质谱行为比较,对中药降压制剂中非法掺入的合成降压药进行定性鉴别。结果在被测中药降压制剂中检出了非法掺入的尼群地平。结论所用方法选择性强、灵敏度高,可作为中药降压制剂中非法掺入的尼群地平的分析检测方法。

Abstract:Objective To develop a rapid,accurate and sensitive method for the identification of nitrendipine illegally added in traditional Chinese medicines.Methods The liquid chromatography-quadrupole mass spectrometry method was used.After separated by UV and HPLC,the organic extraction of the traditional Chinese medicine hypotensor was analyzed.The compounds illegally added into the traditional Chinese medicine were identified according to the spectrum,chromatographic behavior and massspectral data by comparison with the reference substances.Results Nitrendipine was found illegally added in the formulations.Conclusion The method is selective and sensitive,which can be used to detect the illegally added nitrendipine in traditional Chinese medicine antihypertensive preparations.
