| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨纤维喉镜在喉部疾病诊断和治疗中的临床应用价值。方法：采用Olympus ENF-VT纤维喉镜对89例有喉部症状、声带息肉、声带小结等患者行纤维喉镜检查和治疗。结果：81例患者顺利接受检查,30例声带息肉和23例声带小结患者在纤维喉镜下做了息肉和小结摘除术。28例其他喉部疾病患者接受了纤维喉镜相应治疗。结论：纤维喉镜是喉部疾病诊断和治疗中一种安全,方便,经济的有效工具。

| Abstract: | Objective: to study the Clinical Value of fiber laryngoscope in the diagnosis and treatment of throat diseases. Methods: Adopt 89 cases of patients of throat symptoms, vocal polypus and vocal nodules who are diagnosed and treated by Olympus ENF-VT fiber laryngoscope. Results: 81 cases of patients successfully being diagnosed, 30 cases of patients’ vocal polypus and 23 cases of patients’ vocal nodules being removed under fiber laryngoscope. Another 28 cases of patients of other throat diseases are treated with relevant therapy with fiber laryngoscope. Conclusion: Fiber laryngoscope is a safe, convenient, economical and effective tool in the diagnosis and treatment of throat diseases. |
