| 摘 要： | 目的评估结合自愿咨询检测(VCT)对男男性接触人群(MSM)高危行为综合干预的效果。方法 2008-2010年对南京市MSM人群进行基线、中期及终期调查,比较干预前后MSM人群知识、无保护性肛交等性行为变化情况,采用SPSS 16.0软件进行统计分析。结果基线调查606人,中期616人,终期400人。基线、中期、期终调查比较:最近半年无保护性肛交率由基线调查的58.1%,下降到中期和终期调查的43.2%和49.2%,呈现明显的下降趋势(P<0.05);最近一次肛交过程未使用安全套的比例分别为42.2%、32.5%和36.0%,显著下降(P<0.05);最近半年有多个性伴(>2个)的比例经过干预,由32.3%下降为24.0%(P<0.05);最近半年与女生发生过性行为的比例也呈下降趋势(基线20.8%,中期15.6%,终期15.5%,P<0.05);现症梅毒的感染率从基线的11.4%下降至中期调查的7.5%和终期调查的7.8%(P<0.05)。结论 结合VCT进行MSM人群高危行为综合干预降低了MSM人群的高危性行为和现症梅毒感染率。
