肛窦炎并发细菌性前列腺炎的临床研究

目的探讨肛窦炎并发细菌性前列腺炎的发病机制。方法对419例肛窦炎并发细菌性前列腺炎的治疗方法及疗效进行总结。结果二者同时治疗，治愈率为91．6％，随访1年半无复发。结论肛窦炎并发细菌性前列腺炎时易被漏诊；细菌性前列腺炎可加重肛窦炎的病情，二者同时治疗才能提高治愈率。

The Clinical Study of Anal Sinusitis Accompanied by Bacterial Prostatitis

Objective To study and explore the principle,the diagnosis and treatment of the arthritis accompanied by bacterial prostatitis.Methods To summarize the treatment method and curative effect with 419 cases of the anal sinusitis accompanied by bacterial prostatitis.Results Both are treated at the same time,the curative rate was as high as 91.6%,no relapse was found after one and half years follow-up.Conclusion The arthritis accompanied by the bacterial prostatitis is easy to be missed diagnosis,and the bacterial prostatitis will worsen the anal sinusitis.So treating both at the same time can raise the curative rate.
