| 摘 要： | 硬性透气性角膜接触镜(rigidgaspermeablecontactlens,RGPCL)由于其具有安全性、良好光学性质、科学设计等特点,不断应用在近视人群中。近年来的研究表明,RGPCL镜片有阻止或者缓解近视进展的现象,其可能的机制是RGPCL镜片提供了更清晰的视网膜像质,从而抑制了近视的进展;也有可能是RGPCL镜片作用于角膜,改变了角膜的形态和光学性能。本综述就有关研究RGPCL镜片和近视进展的近30年的文献进行分析和总结。

| Abstract: | Rigid gas permeable contact lenses (RGPCLs) have been used widely because of their safety, good optics, good design, etc. Research has shown that RGPCLs can be used for myopic patients to slow down myopia progression. The reason for this may be that the RGP lens offer clearer retinal image quality or it has changed the shape of the cornea and optical properties. This research reviews the aspect of RGP in the last 30 years. |
