踝肱指数在糖尿病足预防中的应用

目的探讨踝肱指数与糖尿病患者下肢血管病变的关系，早期干预，预防和减少糖尿病足坏疽及截肢的发生。方法使用多普勒血管超声仪检测569例年龄〉40岁，糖尿病病程〉5年的糖尿病患者的踝肱指数（anklebranchialindex，ABI），将ABI降低者分为两组，A组82例ABI0．5—0．9、B组59例ABI〈0．5，比较两组糖尿病足坏疽发生率。结果A组糖尿病足坏疽发生率为0，B组23．7％，B组高于A组（P〈0．05）。结论ABI越低，糖尿病足坏疽发生率越高，因此及早采取干预措施和保健护理对降低糖尿病足的发生尤为重要。

The application of ankle brachial index in prevention and care the diabetic foot.

Objective To prevent and reduce the incidence of gangrene and amputation of diabetic foot. Methods An- kle brachial index（ABI） were detected in 569 patients. Group A, ABI 0. 5 - 0. 9, group B, ABI 〈 0.5, and the incidence of gan- grene of diabetic foot were compared in the two groups. Results The gangrene incidence of diabetic foot in group B （23.7%） was significant higher than that in group A （P 〈 0, 05 ）. Conclusion The lower of ABI prompted the higher gangrene incidence of dia- betic foot. Early intervention and care are especially important to reduce the oceurrenee of diabetic foot.
