摘    要:目的:建立三七中三七皂苷R1、人参皂苷Rg1、人参皂苷Rb1含量的测量不确定度评定方法.方法:采用HPLC法测定三七中三七皂苷R1、人参皂苷Rg1、人参皂苷Rb1的含量,建立数学模型,分析不确定度来源,最后计算扩展不确定度.结果:按干燥品计算,三七中三七皂苷R1的含量为(0.815±0.020)%,k=2;人参皂苷Rg1的含量为(3.324±0.076)%,k=2;人参皂苷Rb1的含量为(2.931±0.008)%,k=2结论:本方法建立的数学模型合理、可靠,可用于三七中三七皂苷R1、人参皂苷Rg1、人参皂苷Rb1含量的不确定度评定.

Abstract:Objective:To estabhsh a method of uncerlainty evaluation for the determination of notogiusenoside RI, ginsenoside Rgl, ginsenoside Rbl from Panax notoginseng by HPLC. Methods: The contents of notoginsenoside R1, ginsenoside Rgl, ginsenoside Rbl from Panax notoginseng were determined by HPLC, then each uncertainty component was evaluated with respect to the significance of its contribution to the overall measurement uocertaainty according Io the mathematical modeling established, and the expanded uncertainty was calculated finally. Results: The contents of notoginscnoside RI , ginsenoside Rgl, ginsenoside Rbl were from Panax notoginseng were (0.815 ± 0.020)%, k=2; (3.324±0.076)%, k=2; (2.931 ± 0.008)%, k=2, respectively in accordance with dry product. Conclusion: This method is appropriate to be used in the uncertainty evaluation for the determination of notoginsenoside R1, ginsenoside Rgl, ginsenoside Rbl from Panax notoginseng by HPLC.
