触发器在新物资二级库房管理系统中的应用

目的：在军卫一号新物资系统中，解决科室物资（二级库房）中长期存在的医用物资请领及消耗较为随便、浪费较为严重、账物较为混乱的局面，实现医用消耗品的终末化闭环管理。方法：运用数据库触发器．在不增加医护人员工作量的前提下，在门诊或住院患者实际诊疗的费用计价过程中触发数据库后台触发器．对执行科室所对应科室库房的物资消耗进行出库，生成出库流水账。结果：减少了执行科室所对应科室库房的物资库存．实现了物资实际消耗与患者实际消耗的实时、有效关联。结论：实现了科室医用消耗品的消耗量与库存量的实时量化、信息化、可控化、自动化管理，是一种简单、高效、实惠、可行性好、操作性强的解决办法。

Trigger Used in New Second-grade Material Management Information System

Objective To solve the problems in the application, utilization of medical materials in the second-grade warehouse, and to realize closed-loop management of medical consumables in No.1 Military Medical Project. Mothods Database trigger was used to generate the warehouse-out accounts of different departments, with the workload of the medical staff not increased. Results The stockpile for the department was decreased, and the real-time and efficient correlation between consumable consumption and consumption by the patient.
