| Abstract: | Presented here is the seventh reported case of vaginal endometrioid adenocarcinoma arising in vaginal endometriosis. This case has unique features. There is no evidence of endometriosis elsewhere, and the only metastasis is seen in one obturator lymph node. Thorough preoperative and intraoperative evaluation is stressed. |
