摘    要:目的:探讨肠套叠整复中采用间歇注气法的价值及套叠时间与复位率的关系。方法:对220例采用间歇注气法整复与68例采用一般注气法整复小儿肠套叠复位情况进行对比,并选择套叠时间在24h以内146例和套叠时间在24h以上的40例复位情况进行比较。结果:采用间歇注气法整复小儿肠套叠220例复位206例(93.6%),一般注气法整复小儿肠套叠68例复位56例(82.6%),套叠时间在24h以内的比在24h以上的复位率高19.1%。结论:采用间歇注气法整复肠套叠比一般注气法复位率高,并且肠套叠时间越短复位率越高。

Abstract:Objective:The value of air injection at intervals and the raelationship between the time of intussusception and the reduction rate are to be explored.Methods:One group of 220 cases is to reduce the intestinal adopted the air injections at intervals and the other group of 68 cases with the usual method.Then companed the two groups'effect of reductions.146 patients whose intussusception time is within 24 hours and 40 patients within more than 36 hours are selected and their effects of reduction are contrasted.Results:Among 220 cases there are 206 ones been reduced by the air injection at intervals.The reduction rate is 93.6%;On the contrary,among 68 patients with the usual method there are 56 cases been reduced,the rate is 82.6%.The reduction rate of the intussusception time within 24 hours is 19.1% higher than that of 36 hours.Conclusion:The reduction rate using the air injection at intervals is obviously higher than that with the usual method and the shorter the intussusception time the higher the reduction rate.
