改良环扎法治疗小儿包皮过长和包茎

目的探讨改良环扎法治疗小儿包皮过长和包茎的方法和效果。方法采用改良环扎法治疗小儿包皮过长和包茎85例。手术中先扩张包皮口，在包皮背侧做标记，经包皮口置入大小适宜的支架环于标记位置，用固定钳夹持支架环，以特制的弹力线缠绕数道，以阻断血运，剪除结扎线远侧包皮。支架环一般于1周左右自行脱落。结果85例除因管状包茎作背侧剪开时有数滴出血外，其余无出血。术后水肿轻。新包皮口整齐且无明显瘢痕，外形美观。结论改良环扎法是治疗小儿包皮过长和包茎的较好方法。

The treatment of pediatric redundant prepuce and phimosis using modified annularity ligation

Objectives To evaluate the methods and effect of using modified annularity ligation to the treatment of pediatric redundant prepuce and phimosis.Methods 85 patients of using the methods were all treated. In the procedure of the treatment, first ,enlarged the entrance of prepuce, and make a sign at the back of prepuce, put into a ring-kickstand at the sign,and then fixed it, used a special line circled to prevent blood. Kut out the redundant prepuce, the ring-kickstand would be fell off in about 1~2week.Result There were no blooding in 85 cases. There was a little edama after the operation, the entrance of prepace is neatly, no scar, and the outward is artistic.Conclusions It's a good methods of modified annularity ligation to care the redundant prepuce and phimosis.
