健康体检异常心电图分析

目的分析健康体检人群异常心电图的发生率及分布状况。方法对12815例体检人群检出的异常心电图，按性别、年龄进行分组分类统计。结果12815例，正常心电图10143例（79．1％），异常心电图2672例（20．9％）；异常心电图较多的有ST—T改变（16．50％），窦性心动过缓（14．70％），束支阻滞（14．25％），窦性心律不齐（10．89％）；多数异常心电图的检出率随年龄增加而增加，但窦性心动过缓、窦性心动过速、心室预激随年龄增加而减少；异常心电图的发生率男性高于女性，两组间比较差异有显著性（χ^2=4．02，P〈0．05）。结论健康人心电图检查发现的心电图异常有助于心脏病的早期发现和防治。

Analysis of abnormality of ECG in health examined persons

Objective To analyze the occurrence rate and distribution of electrocardiogram (ECG) abnormalities in health examined persons. Method 12 815 ECG data of different ages were reviewed according to age and sexuality. Results Among 12 815 cases,the electrocardiogram of normal and abnormal were-10 143 cases(79.1% ) and 2 672 cases (20.9% ) ; Prevalence major abnormal ECG was ST-T changes ( 16. 50% ) , sinus bradycardia (14. 70% ) .bundle branch block( 14.25% ) , sinus arrhytmia( 10. 89% ) in different ages; Most of abnormal ECG increased with age. A few abnormal ECG such as sinus bradycardia,sinus tachycardi preexcitation, however, decrease-with age. (3 ) Prevalence of most of abnormal ECG in male was higher than that in female, there were significant difference between two groups (χ~2=4.02, P <0.05). Conclusion Abnormal ECG in health persons contributes to early discoverg of heart disease.
