| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨进展性脑梗塞的危险因素.方法:进展性脑梗塞30例和稳定性脑梗塞30例临床资料进行对比分析.结果:进展性脑梗塞患者合并血管狭窄、高血压、糖尿病、高脂血症及高纤维蛋白原血症的例数明显高于对照组(P＜0.01).结论:血管狭窄、高血压、糖尿病、高血脂及高纤维蛋白原血症是进展性脑梗塞患者的危险因素.感染、发热也是相关因素.

| Abstract: | Objective: To explore the risk factors for progressing stroke.Method: 30 patients with progressive stroke were comparatived with 30 patients with steady stroke.Both of data were analyzed retrospectively.Result: The results showed that cases of progressing stroke complicated by angiostenosis,hypertension,diabetes,blood lipid level and fibrinogen than those of patients with steady stroke(P<0.01).Conclusion: Angiostenosis,hypertension,diabetes,lipid and fibrinogen are risk factors for progressing stroke.Infection and fever are the correlation factors. |
