2011～2013年武汉地区34家医院质子泵抑制药使用情况分析

目的:通过分析武汉地区34家医院质子泵抑制药(PPI)的用药数据,了解武汉地区该类药物的用药现状和发展趋势。方法:对武汉地区医院2011~2013年PPI的销售金额、用量、用药频度及限定日费用等进行统计分析。结果:PPI的使用呈逐年上升趋势,销售金额排前3位的均为注射剂,分别是注射用奥美拉唑、泮托拉唑和兰索拉唑,口服制剂中销售金额最高的是埃索美拉唑片。排序比最高的是奥美拉唑胶囊和泮托拉唑胶囊,表明该药物的用药频度较高而日均治疗费用相对较低。第一代PPI虽已使用多年,但疗效较好、价格较为低廉,临床使用经验丰富,在市场上一直占有显著优势。第二代PPI上市时间短,品规数远低于第一代,总体销售情况不如第一代,但埃索美拉唑和雷贝拉唑的片剂销售金额在口服PPI中排名前两位,显示出了其巨大的市场竞争力。结论:PPI市场需求潜力大,第一代PPI总体市场优势较第二代显著。

Analysis of the Use of Proton Pump Inhibitor in 34 Hospitals of Wuhan Area During 2011-2013

ABSTRACT Objective: To evaluate the present situation and trend of the proton pump inhibitor (PPI)used in 34 hospitals of Wuhan area with the method of analyzing the usage data. Methods: To make a statistical analysis of the sales volume, the market share, DDDs and DDC during the year of 2011 2013. Results: The usage of PPI has been growing in recent years. The top three sales amount of PPI injections were omeprazole, pantoprazole and lansoprazole. Among oral preparations, esomeprazole had the largest market share. Omeprazole capsules and pantoprazole capsule had the highest sort ratio, which showed that the frequency of drug use was high and average daily cost of treatment was relatively low. Though the first generation PPI has been used for years, they still have a significant advantages in the market, with the good curative effect, relatively cheap price, rich experienced clinical use. The second generation PPI hasn't been in the market for a long time.So the number of specifications was far lower than the first generation, the same with the overall sales status. But in the case of single species, the sales amount of esomeprazole and rabeprazole tablets were of the top two in the oral PPI, showing its great market competitiveness. Conclusion:The market demand for PPI has great potential. Market competitive of the first generation of PPI is greater than the second generation.
