胎盘早期剥离80例临床分析

目的：分析胎盘早期剥离的病因、诱因、临床表现及处理，提高产科质量，方法：回顾分析我院建院10年间（1990.1-1999.12)80例胎盘早剥的产科临床资料。结果：胎盘早期剥离有明显病因及诱因者占70%，其中以妊娠高血压综合征、脐带因素、胎盘早破为主，占51.25%；临床表现以腹痛、阴道流血常见，占早产、高张子宫均应想到此病。一旦确诊，应根据病情轻重决定分娩方式。

Clinical Analysis of Placental Abruption in 80 Patients

Objective:To analyze the etiology,predisposing factor,clinical presentation and management of placental abruption,and to improve the obstetrical quality.Methods:Clinical materials of 80 cases of placental abruption were analyzed retrospectively.They were admitted in ten years since the establishment of our hospital (from 01/90 to 12/99).Results:The rate of placental abruption had Obvious cause and predisposing factors in 70%,of which were pregnancy complicated hypertension,umbilical cord origin and premature rupture of membranes composin 51 25%.The abdominal pain and vaginal bleeding were complicated frequent clinical presentations,and the incidence was 38 75%;cases with typical signs were rare,however about 62 5% of the placental abruption were nothing characteristic clinically.Conclusions:Abnormal fetal heart rate changes accompanied by premature delivery and high tension uterus without obvious causes were important considerations of placental abruption.We should decide the delivery route according to the severity of the disease.
