| 摘 要： | 目的：为控制痔浴宁颗粒的质量标准。方法：采用TLC法定性鉴别了槐花、苦参，当归主药，用分光光度法测定了制剂中芦丁的含量。结果：制剂样品中芦丁的平均含量为3．88％，回收率为97．8％。结论：方法简单、准确，能有效控制制剂质量。

| Abstract: | Objective:To control the quality of Zhiyuning granules. Methods:Flos sophorae, Radix sophorae flavescentis,Radix angelicae sinensis were identified by TLC,and rutin was determined by spectrophotometry. Results:The average content of rutin in Zhiyuning granules was 3.88% and the average recovery was 97.8%. Conclusion:The methods are simple,accurate, and can control the quality of Zhiyuning granules effectively. |
