同期后-前路手术治疗颈椎病的围手术期护理

目的探讨同期后-前路手术治疗脊髓型颈椎病围手术期的护理.方法对20例采用了同期后路"双开门,,椎板成形、侧块钛板固定+前路减压支撑植骨颈前锁钛板固定术的脊髓型颈椎患者术前进行有效的护理与教育,加强心理护理,术后加强呼吸道及康复锻炼指导.结果围手术期应用有效的护理措施和功能锻炼指导有利于病情恢复,20例患者随访6～18个月(平均10个月),无感染,未见颈椎内固定松动及植骨块松脱,临床颈部疼痛消失,四肢神经功能均较术前好转,肌力增强或恢复正常,日常生活可逐渐自理.结论同期后-前路手术围手术期应用有效的护理措施有利于脊髓型颈椎病患者的康复和功能重建.

Perioperative nursing of one stage posterior-anterior cervical operation

Objective To explore the perioperative nursing measure for one st age operation of cervical myelopathy with multilevel cervical spondylosis. Metho d Twenty patients who underwent posterior open-door laminoplasty and lateral ma ss plating with autografting, anterior cervical copectomies with strut autograft ing and self-lock plating were performed the effective nursing measure and psyc hologic nursing. Result Twenty patients were followed for 6 to 18 months (avera ge 10 months), and there were no wound-infection, strut graft extrusion and inst ruments failure. Clinical neurological symptoms of all patients were improved. I t demonstrated that the perioperative nursing and function exercise are benefici al to rehabilitation. Conclusion Perioperative nursing measure is very importan t to the improvement of function and rehabilitation of patients who were perform ed the one stage posterior-anterior cervical operation
