复方甘草酸苷治疗自身免疫疾病相关性皮损疗效观察

目的观察复方甘草酸苷(美能)治疗自身免疫疾病相关性皮损的疗效和安全性。方法选取自身免疫疾病相关性皮损患者122例,均给予美能注射液和美能片治疗,系统性红斑狼疮患者同时应用泼尼松片剂,其余患者仅对症用药。每周观察1次,记录皮损变化、症状改善及不良反应,监测血、尿常规和肝、肾功能等。结果白塞病、干燥综合征、系统性红斑狼疮和银屑病关节炎的起效时间分别为(4.27±1.79)d、(5.86±2.63)d、(7.52±3.47)d和(13.22±6.81)d;治疗后上述4组患者总有效率分别为100.0%、88.5%、91.7%和84.4%。治疗中出现低血钾4例,体质量增加3例,下肢水肿2例,轻度血压升高1例。结论复方甘草酸苷对自身免疫疾病相关性皮损有较好的治疗效果;且起效较快,不良反应少,是治疗自身免疫相关性皮损有效且安全的药物。

Clinical Efficacy of Compound Glycyrrhizin in the Treatment of Autoimmune Disease Related Skin Lesion

Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of compound glycyrrhizin on autoimmune disease related skin lesions.Methods 122 patients with autoimmune disease related skin lesions were selected and all the patients were given compound glycyrrhizin injection and compound glycyrrhizin tablet.Patients combined with systematic lupus erythematosus(SLE) were also given Prednisone.Other patients were treated in accordance with their own symptoms.All the patients were observed once every week,and lesion changes,symptoms improvement and adverse effect were recorded.Blood,urine routine,hepatic and renal function were also monitored.Results The onset time of Behcet disease,Sjogren syndrome,SLE and psoriatic arthritis were(4.27±1.79)d,(5.86±2.63)d,(7.52±3.47)d and(13.22±6.81)d,respectively.After treatment,the effective rate of the above four groups were 100.0%,88.5%,91.7% and 84.4%,respectively.During treatment,four cases had hypokalemia,three cases had body mass gain,two cases had lower limb edema and one case had slight elevation of blood pressure.Conclusion Compound glycyrrhizin has satisfactory efficacy in the treatment of autoimmune disease related skin lesions with shorter onset time and mild adverse reaction,making it an effective and safe medicine for autoimmune disease related skin lesions.
