前列地尔注射液联合丹参注射液治疗早期糖尿病肾病的临床观察

目的观察前列地尔注射液联合丹参注射液治疗早期糖尿病肾病(DN)的疗效。方法将120例早期DN患者随机分为两组:前列地尔组(60例)和丹参注射液+前列地尔联合治疗组(联合治疗组,60例)。两组患者均接受糖尿病饮食、降糖、控制血压及调脂治疗;前列地尔组另静脉滴注前列地尔注射液(20μg,1次/d);联合治疗组另静脉滴注前列地尔注射液(20μg,1次/d)及丹参注射液(20 ml,1次/d),总疗程4周。观察治疗前及治疗4周后两组患者血脂〔总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)〕、血尿素氮(BUN)、肌酐(Cr)、尿清蛋白排泄率(UAER)、β2微球蛋白(β2-MG)的变化。结果两组患者治疗后血脂(TC、TG、LDL-C)、Cr、BUN、UAER、β2-MG均较治疗前显著下降(P<0.05),HDL-C较治疗前显著升高(P<0.05);治疗后联合治疗组患者上述指标改善程度显著高于前列地尔组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论前列地尔注射液联合丹参注射液能够有效治疗早期DN。

Effects of Alprostadil Injection Combined with Danshen Injection on Early Diabetic Nephropathy

Objective To observe the effect of Alprostadil injection combined with Danshen injection in the treatment of early diabetic nephropathy.Methods 120 patients with early diabetic nephropathy were randomly divided into Alprostadil group(60 cases) and combined treatment group(60 cases).All the patients were given diabetes diet,blood sugar control and blood pressure control as well as blood fat adjustment.The Alprostadil group was given Alprostadil injection(20 μg,once/day).The combined treatment group was given Alprostadil injection(20 μg,once/day) and Danshen injection(20 ml,once/day).The course of treatment was four weeks.The changes of total cholesterol(TC),triglyeride(TG),high density lipoprotein(HDL-C),low density lipoprotein(LDL-C),blood urea nitrogen(BUN),serum creatinine(Cr),urinary albumin excretion rate(UAER) and β2-MG in the two groups were observed before the treatment and after the four weeks treatment.Results The levels of TC,TG,LDL-C,Cr,BUN,UAER and β2-MG in the two groups were all significantly decreased after treatment(P<0.05),while the level of HDL-C was significantly increased after treatment(P<0.05).The improvement level of the above mentioned parameters was significantly better in the combined treatment group than in the Alprostadil group(P<0.05).Conclusion Combined treatment of Alprostadil injection and Danshen injection is effective in the treatment of early diabetic nephropathy.
