高血压社区综合防治三级管理模式的实践效果评价

目的探讨高血压社区综合防治三级管理模式的效果。方法将204例社区高血压患者分为试验组和对照组。试验组给予高血压综合防治三级管理的干预;对照组给予原高血压社区防治模式进行管理。随访1年后,比较管理前后患者高血压防治知识知晓率、血压控制率、社区医生业务水平、医学生临床技能成绩,调查社区居民的满意度。结果管理后试验组患者高血压防治知识知晓率、血压控制率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);社区医生业务水平、医学生临床技能成绩较前提高;社区居民对医疗服务总体评价的满意度达85.3%。结论高血压社区综合防治三级管理模式在高血压社区防治中取得良好效果,值得推广。

Practice in Comprehensive Community Prevention and Control of Hypertension by Three-level Community Management Mode

Objective To investigate the effect of comprehensive community prevention and control of hypertension by a three-level management mode.Methods Totally 204 community patients with hypertension were divided as trial group and control group.Patients in the trial group were given intervention of comprehensive prevention and treatment by the three-level management mode;while patients in the control group were given intervention by the original community mode.After one year follow-up,the awareness rate of anti-hypertension knowledge of patients,control rate of blood pressure,professional level of community physicians,marks of medical students′ clinical skills,and satisfaction rate of community residents were compared between the two groups.Results The awareness rate of anti-hypertension knowledge of patients and the control rate of blood pressure were higher in the trial group than in the control group(P<0.05).The professional level of community physicians and the marks of medical students′ clinical skills were increased.The satisfaction rate of community residents reached to 85.3%.Conclusion The three-level management mode of comprehensive community prevention and control of hypertension gain a good result.It is worth popularizing.
