成年女性压力性尿失禁流行病学调查研究

目的了解密云地区女性压力性尿失禁(SUI)的发病情况及农村和城市发病的差异,为探讨针对女性SUI患者进行健康教育和行为干预的方法提供依据。方法依托密云地区妇幼保健网络和农村合作医疗网络,分别选取有代表性的山区和城区的乡镇,由当地的居委会和社区卫生服务中心组织招募志愿者,以流调员问卷调查的方式进行调查,问卷的大部分内容根据亚太地区尿控咨询委员会标准设定。结果共发放调查问卷8 665份,获得有效问卷8 663份,占99.9%。调查结果显示女性人群尿失禁(UI)患病率为34.43%(2 983/8 663),单纯性SUI患病率为20.66%(1 790/8 663),急迫性尿失禁(UUI)患病率为4.49%(389/8 663),混合性尿失禁(MUI)患病率为8.99%(779/8 663)。结论密云地区成年女性UI患病率比较高,其中以SUI为主,其他依次为MUI和UUI。

Epidemiological Investigation of the Stress Urinary Incontinence of Women

Objective To acquaintance the condition and the risk factor of the stress urinary incontinence of women in miyun region,in order to provide a foundation to the health education and intervention to the women with stress urinary incontinence.Methods Selected the representative villages and towns,in the way of questionnaire method by investigator.Results The investigation number is 8 665,get effective materials 8 663.Account for 99.9% of the total.The findings suggest that the morbidity of UI is 34.43%(2 983/8 663),in which stress type accounts for 20.66%(1 790/8 663),urgent type 4.49%(389/8 663),mixed type 8.99%(779/8 663).Conclusion The incidence of female urinary incontinence was high in miyun region,stress urinary incontinence was the main type of UI,followed by mixed type and urgent type.
