宫颈癌围术期患者C型行为特征和焦虑抑郁的相关性研究

目的分析宫颈癌围术期患者焦虑抑郁状况及C型行为特征,并探讨两者之间的相关性。方法以90例湖南省肿瘤医院妇科宫颈癌围术期住院患者作为研究对象,采用自制的一般资料问卷、焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)及C型行为量表对研究对象的焦虑、抑郁状况及C型行为特征进行评定。结果宫颈癌围术期患者SAS标准总分为30～70分,平均(50.15±7.99)分;SDS标准总分为40～69分,平均(55.06±6.01)分。C型行为量表评定结果显示,宫颈癌围术期患者在焦虑、抑郁、愤怒向内上的得分高于国内女性常模,在愤怒向外、乐观和社会支持上的得分低于国内女性常模,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Pearson相关分析结果显示,焦虑标准总分与C型行为中焦虑、愤怒、愤怒向内呈正相关,抑郁标准总分与C型行为中愤怒、愤怒向内呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论宫颈癌围术期患者存在严重的焦虑、抑郁情绪,且与其C型行为有关。

Correlation between C Type Behaviors and Negative Emotion of Perioperative Patients with Cervical Cancer

Objective To explore the correlations between C type behaviors and the anxiety and depression status of perioperative patients with cervical cancer.Methods A total of 90 perioperative cervical cancer patients from the gynecology department of the Tumor Hospital of Hunan Province were included in the study.The general information,the status of anxiety and depression,and the C type behaviors were investigated using self-designed general information questionnaire,Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS),and C type behaviors scale,respectively.Results The standard SAS score among these perioperative cervical cancer patients was 30~70(50.15±7.99) and the SDS standard score was 40~69(55.06±6.01).The C type behaviors scale showed that the scores of anxiety,depression,and indignation were significantly higher in these patients than in the normal group(P<0.05) while the indignation-out,optimistic mood,and social support were significantly lower(P<0.05).Pearson′s correlation analysis showed that the anxiety and depression status of the perioperative patients with cervical cancer were significantly associated with their C type behaviors(P<0.05).Conclusion Perioperative patients with cervical cancer remarkably suffer from anxiety and depression,which are associated with their C type behaviors.
