| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨超声检查对诊断中、晚孕胎儿颈部淋巴水囊瘤的作用。方法：回顾分析产前系统超声检查诊断的8例中、晚孕胎儿颈部淋巴水囊瘤的声像图特点。结果：8例均为有分隔水囊瘤；7例发生于颈部，1例发生于腋下；1例为宫内死胎；25％为单纯性囊肿，75％伴合并症。结论：胎儿颈部淋巴水囊瘤常伴多种畸形，超声检查对本病筛查具有重要价值。

| Abstract: | Objective:To discuss the contribution of Ultrasonic diagnosis in fetus with cervical lymphatic hygroma during middle and late pregnancy.Methods:The sonogram features of cervical lymphatic hygroma in fetuses during middle and late pregnancy were analyzed retrospectively.Results:Separated hygroma was showed in 8 fetuses,of 7 located cervically,of 1 located subaxillaryly,of 1 fetal death in utero;25% were simple cyst and 75% had complications.Conclusions:Cervical lymphatic hygroma in fetuses are often accompanied by diverse deformities.Ultrasonic checkup has high value on screening. |
