| 摘 要： | 目的：通过对33例双额叶挫裂伤伴血肿的治疗分析,探讨此类病人的治疗要点。方法：对33例双额叶挫裂伤伴血肿临床资料回顾性分析,探讨病情变化的原因,以及治疗方案选择要点。结果：33例病人治愈21例,好转5例,死亡1例,放弃治疗5例。结论：双额叶脑挫裂伤病情变化快,密切观察病情,及时复查CT及正确掌握手术适应症,早期手术治疗能有效地提高患者的治愈率。

| Abstract: | Objective: By treating and analyzing 33 cases of contusion and laceration of bilateral frontal lobes with hematoma,to explore the elements of curing such kind of patients. Methods: The 33 cases of contusion and laceration of bilateral frontal lobes with hematoma who admitted to our department from year 2005 to 2008 were analyzed retrospectively, and then we discussed the reason of their disease process and the elements of the treatment options as well.
