| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨超选择性肾动脉栓塞术治疗肾损伤的适应证，优点及注意事项，方法采用超选择性肾动脉栓塞术治疗２０例肾损伤患者，其中外伤性肾损伤１３例，复杂性肾结石取石手术和体外冲击波碎石术后肾损伤７例。结果１０例患者于术后第１天肉眼血尿消失；６例于术后第４天消失；３例于术后第５天第２次栓塞术后血尿消失；１例栓塞术后仍有持续性血尿加重而行肾切除术。结论超选择性肾动脉栓塞术具有侵袭小、止血效果好、能最大限度保护

| Abstract: | Objective To review and clarify the therapeutic effect and experience of super-selective renal artery embolization for the treatment of renal injueies. Methods Twenty patients with renal injuries were treated by super-selective renal artery embolization. Results After super-selective artery embolization, macroscopic hematuria disappeared on the first day postoperation in 10 cases, the fourth day in 6 cases. Three cases underwent nephrectomy because of persistent hematuria on the fifth day postoperatively. Conclusions Super-selective renal artery embolization, with advantages of less aggression, good hemostatic efficacy, and less complications, is a safe and effective method for the treatment of mild and moderate renal injuries. |
