| 摘 要： | 目的 研究脑缺血时大鼠脑组织热休克蛋白 70 (HSP70 )的表达及不同脑缺血时间对HSP70表达的影响。方法 选取雄性SD大鼠 4 0只 (体重约 2 0 0g)随机分为 4组 ,每组 10只。其中一组为正常对照组 ,一组为脑缺血 2min组 ,一组为脑缺血 6min组和脑缺血 12min。实验后取大鼠脑组织匀浆并用WesternBlot法测HSP70的表达。结果 脑缺血组脑组织HSP70的表达明显增高 ,其中脑缺血 6min和 12min组与对照组相比有显著性差异 (P <0 0 5) ;脑缺血 12min与6min相比亦有显著性差异 (P <0 0 5)。结论 HSP70在脑缺血时的脑组织存在高表达 ,脑缺血时间越长 ,HSP70的表达越高。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the changes of heat shock protein 70 (HSP 70) in cerebral ischemia rat.Methods 40 rats were randomly divided in to 4 groups:control group,cerebral is c hemia 2,6 and 12 minutes groups.HSP 70 expression was determined by western blot .Results Compared with the control group,the level of H SP 70 expression significantly rose in cerebral ischemia rat ( P <0 05).The expression of HSP 70 rose with the cerebral ischemia time.And there was signific antly different among cerebral ischemia 2,6 and 12 minutes ( P <0 05).Conclusions HSP 70 may be a marker of cerebral ischemia.The l onger cerebral ischemia lasted,the higher HSP 70 was. |
