| 摘 要： | 目的:观察原花青素对大鼠心肌缺血再灌注心律失常的保护作用.方法:结扎大鼠冠状动脉左前降支40 min,复灌120 min后复制出大鼠心肌缺血再灌注损伤模型.结果:原花青素能显著降低再灌注心律失常的发生率,缩短心律失常持续时间;明显改善缺血再灌注所致的心肌组织结构损伤;显著减少心肌细胞谷草转氨酶(GOT)释放,保护心肌谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性.结论:原花青素对大鼠心肌缺血再灌注心律失常有保护作用,其机制可能与清除氧自由基,抑制脂质过氧化反应有关. |

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the protective effect of procyanidin on arrhythmia induced by myocardial ischemia reperfusion injury in rats. Methods: Myocardial ischemia reperfusion injury models were established by the ligation of left descending coronary artery for 40 min and reperfusion for 120 min in rats. Results: Procyanidin markedly reduced the incidence of ventricular tachycardia (VT) or ventricular fibrillation (VF) induced by ischemia and referfusion, shortened the duration of ventricular arrhythmia, alleviated the degree of myocardial injury, decreased myocardial glutamic oxaloacetic transaminase (GOT) release, and prevented reduction of myocardial glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) activity in comparison with the ischemia reperfusion group. Conclusion: The results showed that procyanidin has an anti-arrhythmia effect on myocardial ischemia reperfusion injury. The action may be related to the inhibition of the oxygen free radical and subsequent lipid peroxidation. |
