| 摘 要： | 该研究以<临床医学专业学位试行办法>为改革依据,借鉴国内外先进经验,坚持以"突出临床训练,拓宽专业知识,注重创新,提高综合能力"为原则.突出"创新"与"质量"两大主题.经实践,初步解决了医学研究生临床工作能力与科研水平不能同步达标,以及数量与质量之间矛盾的普遍问题.
