| 摘 要： | 目的 分析本院鲍曼不动杆菌感染分布及其对15种常用抗菌药物的耐药性,为临床提供控制和治疗该菌感染的可靠依据.方法 用法国生物梅里埃公司 API-20NE、 ATB PSE5对本院2005年1月至2007年12月所分离的鲍曼不动杆菌进行菌株鉴定和体外药敏试验,经WHONET5.3软件统计分析菌株分布及对15种常用抗菌药物的耐药率.结果 共分离出136株鲍曼不动杆菌,占所分离不动杆菌的79.1%.136株鲍曼不动杆菌对氨苄西林加舒巴坦(FAM)、多黏菌素E (COL)、复方新诺明(TSU)的耐药率高达100%.亚胺培南(IMI)、美罗培南(MERO)最低,为33.1%和38.2%.结论 分离的鲍曼不动杆菌主要分布在ICU、呼吸科感染患者,检出率与耐药率呈逐年增加趋势;耐亚胺培南菌株极易引起医院内暴发流行,应引起高度重视.
