泌尿系统感染菌谱的变迁及其耐药性分析

目的了解2001年1月～2003年12月浙江省台州市第一人民医院患者泌尿系统感染病原菌的变迁及耐药状况。方法细菌培养鉴定按全国临床检查操作规程进行；细菌药敏试验采用K—B纸片法。结果泌尿系统感染的病原菌主要是大肠埃希菌、葡萄球菌属、不动杆菌、克雷伯菌属和变形杆菌属等，其中革兰阴性杆菌感染最常见，并且其比例呈逐年上升趋势。结论泌尿系统感染的病原菌主要以革兰阴性杆菌为主。临床医师应关注本地区病原菌的变迁及耐药情况，合理应用抗生素，减少耐药性播散。

The variations of bacterial species infecting urinary system and their resistance to drugs

Objective Purpose Look back to analyze the migration of infectious pathogenic bacterium in the urinary system in recent three years an their resistance to drugs. Methods To cultivate and identify bacterium according to the nation -wide operating rules of clinical pathology and make test of bacterium,medicine allergy with K-B paper scraps method. Results The pathogenic bacterium by which the urinary system is infected are escherichia.coli ,staphylococcus, aciuetobacter, klebsiella, proteus and so on, among which the most common one is negative-gran staim bacillus and its ratio is increasing every year. Conclusion The main pathogenic bacteria by which the umary system is infected is negative-gran staim bacillus. As to the sensitiveness to antibiotics, Lephlostorins of the third generation is relatively sensitive and it is generally becoming resistant to Aminoglycosides and Fluoroquinlones. Clinical doctors should pay attention to the pathogenic bacterium's changes and resistance to drugs in this area, use antibiotics reasonably and reduce the soread of the resistance to drugs.
