急性脑血管病并发多器官功能衰竭44例分析

急性脑血管病(ACVD)并发多器官功能衰竭(MOF)44例,死亡37例。首发表竭器官多为脑;平均衰竭器官数3.2个;衰竭器官数越多,病死率越高;有心、脑等脏器的慢性病史者,并发MOF的病死率高;病情重的ACVD易并发MOF。作者提出ACVD并发MOF为多种因素所致,应采取综合防治措施,防治各种开发症,严密监测各器官功能,降低MOF的发生率及病死率。

ANALYSIS OF 44 CASES OF ACUTE CEREBROVASCULAR DISEASE WITH MULTIPLE ORGAN FAILURE

There were 44 patients with acute cerebrovascular disease complicated by multiple organ failure. Thirty-seven patients of them died. Brain was the first failure organ in most of the cases.The average of failure organs was 3.2. The more organs failed, the higher mortality would be. The mortality was higher in the patients who not only had the histories of the chronic heart, brain disease, and so on, but also were complicated by multiple organ failure. Severe cerebrovascular disease was complicated by multiple organ failure easily.It is thought that cerebrovascular disease is comp licated by multiple organ failure, which is caused by multiple factors.In order to prevent vario(?)s complicatio is, comprehensive prophyla ctico-therapeutic measures should be taken. Meanwhile, strict surveilalnce of the function of organs must be done so as to decrease the incidence of multiple organ failure and the mortality of the patients with multiple organ failure.
