| 摘 要： | 1990年在南京市两家综合医院的妇科门诊对629例常见妇科病患者及41例性病病人进行阴道分泌物人型支原体抗原的检测。结果发现、附件炎和性病患者人型支原体的感染率最高,分别为45.24%和46.34%,霉菌性阴道炎患者的感染率也显著高于正常妇女(P<0.015)。另外早孕妇女的感染率也显著高于正常人。作者认为、需前瞻性研究来进一步确定人型支原体感染的临床意义。

| Abstract: | Vaginal swab specimens were tested for antigen of mycoplusma hominis in 639 pat- ients with common gynecologic diseases and 41 with venereal dissases in Nanjing during 1990.The results showed that the patients with annexitis and venereal diseases had an infection rate of 45.24% and 52.38%,respectively,Patients with fungal vaginitis and nonspecific vaginitis had a significantly higher prevalence than healthy women,The in- fection rate was also higher in early pregnancy.It is claimed that the clinical signifi- cance of genital mycoplasma hominis infection should be further evaluated in a cohort study. |
