摘    要:目的 观察用颅脑降温治疗仪 (电子冰帽 )使头部保持轻度低温治疗高血压性脑出血的疗效。方法 将 84例高血压性脑出血患者随机分为治疗组和对照组 ,治疗组在给予脑出血常规治疗的同时 ,加用电子冰帽 ,1月后进行神经功能缺损评分。结果  1月后治疗组和对照组的评分为 2 1.83± 1.35 ,2 6 .12± 1.89(P <0 .0 5 )。结论 用电子冰帽使头部保持轻度低温可以改善高血压性脑出血患者的神经功能和预后。

Abstract:Objective To study the effect of the selective head mild hypothermia (MHT) with head temperature instrument (31-35 ℃) in the hypetensive cerebral hemorrhage (HCH). Methods 84 cases with HCH were selected, 42 cases as control and 42 cases treated by selectine head MHT with head temperature instrument. Neurological deficiency score (NDS) was measured in the 30 th day after the treatment for two groups. Results NDS was 21.83±1.35, 26.12±1.89 from treated group and control group in the 30 th day ( P <0.05), respectively. Conclusion The selective head MHT technology for the treated and control group, could remarkably improve the neurological function and outcome.
