| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨皮炎湿疹类皮肤病的常见致病因素。方法：采用南京医科大学第一附属医院皮肤科免疫研究室提供的仿欧标准筛选抗原斑贴试剂盒进行斑贴试验。结果：235例对20种标准抗原中的17种出现了1种或1种以上抗原的阳性反应，阳性率为69．36％，其中以芳香混合物阳性率最高，占19．02％，其余阳性率较高的抗原依次是硫酸镍、对苯二胺、氯化钴、重铬酸钾、硫柳汞、甲醛、松香等。结论：芳香混合物、硫酸镍、对苯二胺是该地区皮炎湿疹类皮肤病致病的重要原因。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the common etiological factors of eczema dermatitis.Methods:Patch tests were made using Europe-mimic standard screening antigen test kit which provided by immunity research lab in department of dermatology of the first hospital affiliated to Nanjing medical university.Results:235 cases showed positive reaction to one or more antigen among 17 of 20 standard antigen.The positive rate is 69.39%.There were the highest positive rate of aromatic mixture which account for 19.02%. Other higher positive rate antigen were nickel sulfate, ursol D, merthiolate, potassium dichromate, cobalt chloride,formaldehyde and colophane one by one.Conclusions:Aromatic mixture, nickel sulfate and ursol D are important etiological factors of eczema dermatitis in our area. |
